Watch this! Deobra Delone Redden, 30, was not happy about the judge’s decision not to let him go on probation. AP reports moments before the attack, Redden, who was in court to be sentenced over a previous attempted assault, urged district judge Kay to show lenience, telling her: “I’m not a rebellious person”.
But as she announced that she intended to put him behind bars for being a repeat offender, Redden swore loudly, rushed forward and leapt over the judge’s bench. He shouted “you bitch!” as he attacked her. He was not in handcuffs when the incident occurred.
